We are pleased to announce an important update regarding our schools administration systems.

As part of our commitment to enhancing efficiency and improving parental engagement, Arrow Valley First School will be transitioning to a new Management Information System (MIS) provider called Arbor from September 2023. Alongside this transition, we are pleased to introduce the Arbor Parent Portal and Arbor App, powerful tools that will revolutionise your experience in managing various aspects of your child's education.

The Arbor Parent Portal and Arbor App are user-friendly digital tools that support parents in managing their child's education. Through these platforms, you can conveniently make online payments for school fees, trips, and other expenses, eliminating the need for traditional payment methods. Moreover, you can easily track your child's attendance and stay informed about their progress in school. Registering your child for clubs and trips will be simplified, replacing paper forms and visits to the school office. Additionally, you will have the ability to update your child and parent information directly, ensuring that records are accurate and up to date for effective communication between home and school.

This transition to Arbor signifies our commitment to simplifying administrative processes and providing you with a user-friendly experience. To ensure a smooth adoption of Arbor, comprehensive training sessions have been scheduled for our staff and detailed instructions for parents on accessing the platform and registering the app. This will be provided during August.

Arbor also offers access to many training resources which are completely free for you to make the most of. These can all be found here.

Although the new system is not yet ready, we will be providing you with more information on the parental app and registration process during the week commencing August 14th, 2023. You can expect to receive these communications through Email, Text, and our trust's social media channels. Please keep an eye out for this important information and ensure to register your child when prompted.
